What is a School Based Apprenticeship/Traineeship?

School Based simply allows students to get a head start, by commencing their employment while still at school. They are released from school, to attend work or training for 1 day per week.

When school is over, the student simply completes or rolls over to a full time or part time position depending on qualification and progress.

You may get a boost into a career straight out of school!
