Apprenticeships are available in a wide range of industries and occupations. The nominal time to complete an Apprenticeship is normally of a 4 year period. To undertake an Apprenticeship requires hard work and commitment. An Apprenticeship through Acclaim has additional benefits.

You will be indentured to Acclaim who are responsible for locating Host Employers who are willing to train you. We will ensure you are employed throughout your training period, even if your host employer is unable to keep you on! We will find you a replacement host in such circumstances and the extra benefit of this is the increased scope of experience.

As an Apprentice you are placed for a period of time, which may vary from weeks to years, depending on the workplace and requirements of the Host Employer. Acclaim will administer all paperwork involved with the Apprenticeship and the Host Employer enters into no contracts.

The employer who takes you on as an Apprentice, teaches you the skills associated with a particular task. This is usually done in stages. You will start under supervision with the easier tasks and progressively move through to more challenging tasks.
